IGM is an Private Real Estate Firm that services the real estate needs of its community and
residents. The firm was founded by Ignacio Martinez, IGM's Principal Licensed Real Estate
Broker. He has worked with Commercial and Residential Real Estate for over 25 years. He
holds a Bachelors and Masters in Mathematics.
In 2008, IGM aligned with a private equity group in order to enhance the deliverance of the
firm's strategic vision across residential and commercial real estate.
IGM's vision and mission is to drive efficient transactions where all parties benefit and
relationships are built.
Since its private equity inception, the firm has transitioned into Lean Six Sigma Methods, and
has built numerous banking relations through its affiliate Mortgage Bank. Today, all associates
and in-house Real Estate experts are certified in Lean Six Sigma and have well rounded cross
knowledge of the Real Estate makert as it pertains to Development, Financing, Purchases and
Sales (traditional and distressed), as well as the various intricacies that impact the community
and its residents.
